Service
Coastal Bins provides curbside trash and recycling bin cleaning in the Connecticut shoreline area. Service is performed on or near your scheduled trash pickup day after the bins have been emptied.
Scheduling & access
You agree to place empty bins at the curb on your scheduled day. If bins are inaccessible, contain non-trash items, or are still full, we may skip the visit; recurring plans may still be charged for missed visits caused by access issues.
Pricing & cancellation
Pricing is listed on our website and confirmed at booking. Recurring plans can be paused or canceled anytime by calling or emailing us; cancellations take effect for the next scheduled visit.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within 48 hours and we will re-clean the bin at no charge.
Liability
We use commercial-grade equipment and biodegradable detergents. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or labeling on bins. Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
